I can understand the cause for frustration and concern regarding the 5.1.1 update.
We have identified a glitch from Samsung with the Android 5.1.1 update and have temporarily paused it's rollout to customers as we work with Samsung to resolve the issue.
Once an appropriate fix is in place we will continue to push the update out.

The concern that some of us have is what will happen to devices that are already running the buggy update. Will they get another update? Do we have to send them in for service to get them fixed?
Is there a plan to address these issues?
