I wish they would come out with some type of official statement. I have been in touch with the call center and the store I purchase from advising me to call back tomorrow to see if I can do a full exchange or swap. The call center told me to ask for a buyers remorse as well. I was looking just to get a full refund and go to the Apple store and purchase the iPhone 7 plus
Called the Rogers Plus store that I purchased from and was surprised to hear that they aren't processing returns yet as they are awaiting an email from corporate on how to proceed. I would have thought that would go out to all stores at the same time, but apparently not.
How does this info not get around to the stores and call center? I have not heard of it. Its starting tomorrow as well so do they not want to prepare their agents .. ? very confusing
