I'm #6 Blue just called Roger Plus they said as of now they haven't received anything yet. Which means my phone is not arrived as of now. Will call back late afternoon again.

happened to me 3 times with the s5 the note 4 and note 5 I had to walk in and buy them

I don't see how this isn't Rogers' fault. If they have inventory allocated to stores for walk-ins on launch day, why aren't these inventory prioritized for customers who pre-ordered? There is clearly something wrong with the fundamentals of their supply chain management.

I agreed. When I Pre-Order those PS4 games, they will ship out the item the day before to make sure I will get it the same day it released. I know Samsung can't let us have it before release date but at least let the Pre-Orders get their phones earlier than walk-ins.
