Samsung Galaxy Note 5 / S6 edge + Reservation numbers / Questions

As you noticed today Samsung announced the Galaxy Note 5. I watched the announcement at work while it was going on.  Here are some specs on it!

• 4GB of RAM
• 32 GB storage (No SD card slot)

• 16MP rear camera F1.9 lens and OIS (optical image stabilization)
• 5MP front-facing camera
• WiFi N, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, GPS and NFC
• 153.2 x 76.1 x 7.6mm
• 171g
• Wireless charging
• SPen
• 4G LTE enable

Rogers will be selling it for $359.99 on a 2-year term, $860 no-term  and the reservation system will be open as of August 14th. 

Rogers will be releasing this device ON August 21st in 32GB sapphire black it seems but hopefully they add the more GB later on.

O__o also Cloud service isn't free for me.
I do more Videos than Photos, so it's harder to have "unlimited" storage. I need video storage uncompressed. o___o

I pay for office 365 $10 per month. It give me 5 licence Microsoft office and 1 TB one drive.

365 storage is actually unlimited, not 1 TB. However, you will see 1TB until you hit the limit and then it will go to 3TB, 5TB etc...
That is what the Microsoft store Rep advised me. You don't need to buy storage... apparently. 😮

Yes boxcryptor. There an app for android also. Free for basic option. I pay I think 48$ a years to get all the feature. Like if I look into my onedrive without the encryption, all the files are random Chinese sign. You need the app to be able too see what is actually on the ine drive.

So im not very happy right now.

So I order my phone when they had the free wireless charger when you order the phone. I confirm and was told I was getting one. I was number 1 for the Edge + 64 GB.

I contact Rogers, they told me was a limited stock for the charger. I was like ok so limited what they got like wireless 5 charger ?

This dont make sense. Expecialy when they confirm you will get a charger.

Anybody else on the same boat ? You guy got your wireless charger ?

That must've been a while back if you were number one on the reservation list,  because the reservations for the S6 Edge + started like 3 weeks ago, I was number 64 and I got my wireless charger. Did you check the email Rogers sent you when the phone was shipped, because mine had 2 tracking numbers, one for the phone and one for the charger.

I never got any email confirmation of anything, no tracking. Phone just show up and was told the charger would be coming soon. But I have hard time to belive this now. Will call rogers see what is going one here.

Even after confirming with them I was going to get one since the begining.

This is the first time I was told that I cannot have the charger. 

Should I call back and ask to speak with a supervisor ? Any hope for me ?

Chargers are limited yes. But if you reserved it awhile back, you should be getting it - That's what I would assume.

I agree with @Meowmix - you should call in.

Good news, they will credit me the amount of the wireless charger. :), now can just go get the charger myself.
Still funny when you call and the guy on the phone offert you something instead of yesturday making escuse for why I dont have it and doing nothing about it. Did not even had to talk to a supervisor.
