Hey @Patthe was it shipped to you or at store?
If it was shipped, it can be shipped separately as I read on the details of the Reservations. If it was at store, it would have been together.

Hello @Patthe

Since it was shipped to the store, the FAQ does say sometimes the free item may be delivered to the store a few days before or after the reservation device goes to the store.

Contact the store & see what they say

Yeah. It has happened to me & many others before. The device arrived at the store before the gift did. So the store calls u after to come & pick it up.

Are you a Business customer? That is the only way a reservation would be shipped to your home.

@Meowmix - If that's the case, would they be able to track a "free gift" as a seperate order that has no IMEI or Serial number to be tracked in the first place?

I agree w/ @Meowmix though, might as well call in to find out details with business service.

The store won't be able to do much, that's definitely correct - as they were not part of the equation @Patthe

I am still showing "Status: IN PROGRESS"... Good thing I reserved it on the release date 3 weeks ago lol
