installed the TELUS NOTE 4 Marshmallow v6.0.1 update today. works great. no bloatware.
downloaded from SAMMOBILE. used ODIN v3.11 to install.

I got sick of waiting for Rogers as well and did the same as you yesterday and the Telus MM firmware works fine. To those unsure of doing this, it won't change your CSC from RWC to TLS and give Telus bloat, it will still be the RWC with Rogers' typical bloatware but no need to wait for Rogers to eventually release 6.0.1 for our Note 4's.
I am even more glad I did this yesterday because now on the OS upgrade schedule Rogers has pushed the update to 30 May lol. Rogers = incompetence at it's finest! LOL

Hi there,
Thanks for the info. I'm trying to find the firmware to do as you did, but not having any luck. Any direction would be greatly appreciated.
And agree: such a joke that the date pushed to the 30th.

Rogers behind the competition and delaying their firmware releases again. Nothing new, should have expected this. So glad I'm going Nexus again.

I just received my Marshmallow updated on my Note 4 on Friday June 10th 2016. It was a real mess. Google play services was constantly crashing to the point I had to wipe my phone. Everything is working better now except It will not virbrate any more at all. I have everything setup for silent mode with vibrate, but it will not work on my phone. If I completely shut off my phone then turn it back on it virbates once then never again. In my line of work I need to have my phone silent but now I am missing calls and notifications all the time. Does anyone have any suggestions.
I have done some searching on Google and 1 person mentioned turning off battery saver mode. My phone does not have a battery saver mode.. It does have power saver mode and I have that shut off.
