SIP App with One Way Audio

I have a couple SIP apps (Bria & Zoiper) installed and when on WiFi they work flawlessly however when I go on the road I cannot hear the people calling me but they can hear me.

 

I cannot figure out who is to blame or what to do.

It's hard to blame the apps or SIP carrier when all of the apps have the same issue only when on the Rogers Network away from WiFi.

 

Does Rogers not support SIP over the network?

Anyone else have these issues? or a fix?

I know how annoying it can be dealing with One-Way Audio issues on some of your Applications. It is pretty strange that it does not work on the Cellular Data but works totally fine via Wi-Fi. 

 

Have you checked out Zoipers forum page related to this topic located Here? We recommend trying some of the suggestions to see if you notice any improvement. We can also attempt some troubleshooting steps on our end as well but we'll need to gain access to your information on file to do this. Sorry for late reply but did not know my email setting was turned off until today.

 

So I looked into this again today and found that filling out the Proxy and Authentication settings as well to match the User and Domain/Host seems to have fixed both Zoiper and Bria apps.

The carriers is with IP4B whom uses the Broadworks platform.
