S7 Edge APD3 update bug.

Can someone pass along some info to the Rogers Software team and Samsung? There is a bug in the latest update (APD3). The always on display no longer changes position automatically, which will result in display burn in (image retention) eventually.

There are tons of people reporting it at XDA, from all Canadian carriers (they all run the same G935W8 software, only the CSC is different). I just tested it myself. If you turn the display on and off again it will move, but it won't move on its own. It did before the update.

No problem! Yes, Samsung has been dropping the ball with updates lately. Bugs are slipping through.

Hopefully they can just push an update to the always on, instead of having to update the entire ROM. It depends on what the actual issue is.

I spoke to our Samsung rep and he did state that Samsung is aware if the issue. It's not a carrier issue its a Samsunf issue which needs to be fixed. He will be giving me more information when he gets it.
