I have three line one main phone lines and two tablet data sharing lines, all of them no internet from 30 hour. Calls so many time to roger customer care. Each time stay on phone more then 2 hour. Very very bad customer service. I have reference number from customer care problem is not resolve. Please some one help me

Hi there,
There might be a outage in your region, it happened for us during a pretty bad thunderstorm two weeks ago in Quebec.
We suggested to our costumer to basically either turn on for few seconds the "Airplane" mode and turn it back off or restart the phone.
Please let me know if this helps.
