However, to do so, we'll need more information from you. Please see below:


  • Are you referring to a cellphone line that has been cancelled?
  • Is your cellphone blocked due to its IMEI being added to the National Blacklist?
  • Could it be that your wireless service is currently suspended for non-payment?

The answer is different based on the situation.
