The Note 5 is capable of WiFi calling and since the device is VoLTE I cannot register for Rogers One now for WiFi calling on that app. I have bad reception at home and miss calls frequently. Please look into this.

Hi @Mrnovanova,
Thank you for your patience I can see you mentioned you received a Rogers message about Wi-Fi calling and now you're looking for information on activation this service on your Samsung Note 5. So far the eligible devices for Wi-Fi calling on the Rogers network are the iPhone 5c, 5s, 6, 6 Plus, 6s and 6s Plus on iOS 9. Wi-Fi calling on the Samsung Note 5 is not available as of yet. We are keeping an eye out for any communication and will update accordingly.
Thanks,
RogersArthur

Why are us Rogers Android users getting shafted here? Customers in the USA have cross-platform compatibility with features like Wi-Fi calling, VoLTE and now Rich Communications Services. All newer Samsung flagships have these capabilities, so I do not understand why us premium paying customers who pay top dollar for these devices are not allowed to use all network related features they are capable of. There are a group of us who want these features and will pay for them so implement it!! This is business 101. In the states I would be on T-Mobile in a heartbeat with all those advanced features. In Canada no carrier offers it so I stick with Rogers for Roam Like Home and the fastest network (IMO), so if Rogers can be first with these features why not be the first here and stay ahead of the curve?

Thats awesome for Note 5 owners, congrats 🙂 Now what about other Samsung devices such as the S7/S7edge, and other Androids such as the Huawei Nexus 6P/LG Nexus 5X? Its a step in the right direction for sure but with American carriers having such services on all devices we still have alot of catching up to do.

Just wanted to add, for those that have any difficulties with enabling Wifi Calling, if you previously had been enrolled for RogersOneNumber, please reach out to customer service, you must deactivate your RogersOneNumber in order to enroll for Wifi Calling.
Also for those that have VoLTE and when you make a call on LTE, the signal switches back down to 4g/3g, then most likely your VoLTE isn't working. To resolve that, request customer service to perform network carrier setting reset on your device and you should have it working.
These 2 problems I ran into and was promptly resolved by customer service, so those are the solution if anyone else encounters them. A friend of mine who also had the Note 5 had to get the following 2 resolved as well.

Thanks Pizzabear,
kudos to your troubleshoot and reported back to this post.
I have two Samsung Note 5. I updated one of them on 31 May and second one 3rd June On OTA method. Today I notice 1st one I am not able to call my resisdence line. Give vocal message "you number can't be completed. Check the numbe". If I call my other cell phone (samsung S7), S7 will be ringing but on my Note 5 will no responce and after couple of second give message "call can't send". Also I am not able to do Video call.
I call Rogers tech support and explain everything and I pointed out "network carries setting" need to require reset as per Rogers community forum report. She did it and now it working fine.
But I didn't see same issue on other Samsung Note 5.

So video call was not working on my second Samsung Note 5 after marshmellow update. I called Rogers Tech support and they reset "network carrier setting" and everything seems working properly.
Once aggain kudos to PizzaBear.

Why on Earth have you decided to not support the Note 5 with wifi calling??
It's absolutely capable and kind of ridiculous that you've chosen not to support it with what you do have on the list.
When is this being rectified?
