No caller ID name on my phone

Hi, please help me I am not able to see any caller information on my device. I contacted my found ISP and the customer service agent refered me that this issue is associated with the OEM and they adviced me to contact you.  Later I found this,

http://support.thinktel.ca/index.php/kb/article/69-I_receive_no_caller_ID_name_on_my_Rogers_Wireless...

What can I do on this matter? Please kindly help me on this matter.

Thank you for posting your concern in the Community. We can definitely help, please provide the following information to effectively diagnose the issue;

 

- What kind of phone do you have?

- Is it a Wireless Home Phone or a Cellular phone?

- Are you subscribed to Call Display and Name Display service?

- Are you not able to see caller info for all the incoming calls?

- Were you able to see the caller info before? When was the last time it worked?
