Just as a note, my Device Registration page still shows in progress and I did not receive an email or text but when I check the UPS tracking by reference using my phone number I see this shipment details as "Out for delivery"... So check with UPS before you grab your pitchforks and torches...
the tracking doesn't work for my number either, but I'm in Montreal as well so I guess it shouldn't be a problem.
As mentioned earlier in the thread, make sure you select "Track by Reference" and then enter your phone number in "Shipment Reference". Worked for me
I did it showed me a previous order but not that one.
I sent it to carefour laval since I have business there today.
