did you end up getting a phone? Im waiting for one now through the business/corporate dep and the phones are on back order and they have no idea when they will able to complete my order. Maybe it’s a blessing in disguise and will get a later build with better QC but still very disappointed. I was offered a 50$ cred for my troubles. Where are you with this? PM if you prefer

@Need2fly I have yet to recieve my phone, the authorized store that is supposed to be recieving my phone told me to call back at 1:30PM today and see if they get it by noon.
I have no more words as to how bad Rogers messed up this launch. If I were an oppurtunistic Bell employee looking for clients I would be all over this thread.
@Meowmix I went to 3 different Rogers stores who had the device in stock (not the authorized one's, the actual Rogers stores) but none of them were able to give me a Nexus 6P. Why? "The system doesn't allow me to give you a phone". Apperently because I'm a corporate client I can't recieve the Nexus 6P. The in-store reps called the corporate support line and they couldn't do anything about it either. They were actually uncertain as to how to proceed, not knowing what to do, they advised me to "hang in tight" as their "system doesn't allow it".
So the in-store rep couldn't sell me a phone and the telephone rep couldn't send me a phone.
There I am, with money in my pocket, having travelled to 3 different stores and none of them want to sell me the device because "the system doesn't allow it".
Am I at fault for expecting better having reserved the phone for weeks? I'm not upset, I'm just extremely dissapointed. I think it's pretty comedic actually.
Just called the business line... They say stock is coming in Thursday and will be shipped out to business customers. He also said that business customers are shipped priority over consumer accounts. I laughed at him... He said he can't check consumer accounts, so he doesn't know why they were shipped first. No one at Rogers knows what's up, its getting pretty sad honestly.
My current phone has been on the fritz for the past few weeks... I don't know if I can wait much longer. Getting extreamly frustrated with Rogers. Get your acts together.
Yup. The only thing this thread has taught me is that the "experts" on here know as much as any of us.
I'm in Montreal (the PVM Rogers store) and my status has been shipping since Thursday, like everyone else. Would love to get it today but I'm not holding my breath.
Just canceled my reservation (was #2 on the corporate list).
Called Rogers and they didn't know if it would ship out to business customers before December. In store, got told it would be a few weeks.
Bell got me a deal i couldnt resist (there's a special deal as of this morning for 8GB shared data + unlimited calls at 76$/month for Rogers customers in QC + 35$/per additionnal line). Came out with a Nexus 6, a tempered glass protector and a car charger 30 min later, plus a new phone for my wife 🙂
