Re: LG V30

Hey @cafekief & @cuca,

I can appreciate both your enthusiasm for having the latest updates for your device. As always, our OS update page will have all the latest news and release dates as they become available. Please check back periodically as we'll update our customers there first.

Regards,

RogersTim

Re: LG V30

So, it has been one month since my last enquiry and..... Crickets. I heard the V30 was updated to pie in Korea, Europe and Australia. However, the update as expected, was a buggy mess. So lg pulled it. What gets me is the lack of information. Nobody knows anything. Why the mystery? Seriously, these update politics are a complete joke. I really don't think people should buy LG phones ever. I'm not, and I'm gonna encourage others to follow suit.

Re: LG V30

Thanks for the reply Rogers Corey. I love my V30, and I wish LG would just not "abandon" their phones. Cheers. I noticed pie is comming soon!!

Re: LG V30

Hello, regarding the V30 pie update, I've noticed on Reddit that the pie update for this phone went the following way:

1. Released. 2. then pulled for bad ram management and bugs.  3. Now there is a "September 1" update that fixes all of the bugs/ram management, apparently.   I'm just wondering if this is being sorted out at Rogers?  Sorry to flog a dead horse on this issue, but I have to ask since apparently the V30 pie update is "coming soon".

Thanks again.
