Is this a Rogers APN?

I have two APNs  in android settings as below.

Details
APN: chatrweb.apn
Username: n/a
Password: n/a
MMSC: http://mms.chatrwireless.com
MMS Proxy: 205.151.11.11
MMS Port: 80

APN: rogers-core-appl1.apn
Username: n/a
Password: n/a
MMSC: http://mms.gprs.rogers.com
MMS Proxy: 10.128.1.69
MMS Port: 80

I can get an IP from chatrweb.apn but I can't connect to internet.

Is chatrweb.apn a Rogers APN?

I have no problem with rogers-core-appl1.apn.

@hesonchu

From a technical standpoint, a Chatr APN should only be functional with a Chatr SIM. Just as a Rogers APN should only be functional with a Rogers SIM.

Hope this clarifies for youSmiley Happy
