IN PROGRESS is just a status. The devices isn't tied to your account in anyway. So u can go to a store and pick one up if u like. The only way it wild be tied to ur account is if u did a upgrade over the phone.

When you're reservation goes to the store and they call u, let them know u don't want it and they will sell it to a walk in.
