When will Rogers support the Google Pixel Watch LTE? Google currently only lists Bell and Telus as supporting the new watch.

I have been a rogers customer for a long time, 4+ years. I can actually say that, rogers is the worst company. I legit have been trying to set up Google watch 3, for the past 3 days. I have been back and forth from store to store. Calling customer service over and over again. Literally 8 reps told me different things about the watch and why it won't connect. Even spoke to a manager and a supervisor, even they had no clue. One person said that it has to be bought from rogers. One person says the opposite that it doesn't matter. Called many stores as well. As soon as they heard Google watch 3, they tell me to call customer service tech. But when I call them. They tell me that I have to go to the store. Rogers customer service is so bad
They have people that don't even understand English, let alone speak it. I am done with rogers and my family as well. More then happy to switch to Telus.

It does need to be purchased from Rogers to operate as a standaline device on the Rogers network. Otherwise, it's basically jist a Bluetooth peripheral. The watch can work in standalone on Rogers, it's just Rogers that chooses to only allow devices to work as standalone when you buy it from them.

In terms of your carrier choice. They are all equally as bad in their own ways, at least in my opinion.

I've been here awhile

My brother bought one directly from Rogers - and no one brought in by Rogers,  not the Rogers sales person, and not anyone else who was contacted to provide support, was able to make it work on the Rogers network, and then they screwed him over on the billing for it.
