I've been around

I have contacted Rogers many times and they cannot seem to fix the issue I've had for the last few days of not receiving or able to send text or they are delayed

To further assist you, it would be helpful to know your device make and model, and the troubleshooting you've performed so far.

 

Can you tell us whether it's happening when connected to WiFi or mobile network?
