If holding down power+volume up+home key does not solve the issue try this: press the home key multiple times. I have been playing around with my phone trying to get the blue bar to re appear. I have noticed when I restart my phone the blue bar will appear and like previous reported multiple presses of the home key fixed the issues. I have restarted multiple more times and the blue bar appeared each time. Don't know how to get this to Samsung in charge of Android Galaxy phones and really hope this is not an issue for future upgrades to Galaxy devices. Cause I'm waiting for the SG S8
