was told high risk account

Why would Rogers after three years of loyal service just place my account on the high-risk accounts" I pay every month and find this unfair. Why would you guys make me feel this bad!

Re: was told high risk account

Was told my accounts high risk and locked down!

Feel violated after speaking with credit ops. They had kindly said some Analysts placed this restriction on my account back in July with no notice or justification. This just makes me want to move my services to Bell at least they treat me like a human instead of an animal! I have filed a complaint about being profiled as a high-risk account. Never have I felt so humiliated in my life.😗

Hello @blueambition420,

There can be several different reasons why an account may be flagged. May I know when was the last time you were in touch with Credit Operations?

I see you've reached out to us via PM, we'll be happy to continue the conversation on there :).

Re: was told high risk account

was in contact with them tonight.

this is humiliating from Rogers's standpoint. Telus offered to port all my numbers for $200 each credit on my account.

Credit operations already informed me today. why I'm ranting now i pay my bill every month
