It is strange that all the in-coming calling were connected to voicemail regardless of my mobile phone status, idle or not. Does anyone know how to disable the voicemail function?

@Benadam267 : If you're talking about Rogers Home phone, here's the link on how to change the number of rings:
You can customize the number of rings a caller hears before unanswered calls are directed to your voicemail.
- Dial *94 from your home phone.
- After the tone, enter the desired number of rings (from 1-9) before unanswered calls are directed to your voicemail.
- After your entry, you’ll hear two beeps; which means you’ve successfully changed the number of rings before calls are directed to your voicemail.
If you're talking about a cell phone, the default amount of time before going to voicemail cannot be changed.
