Senior with visual and hearing impairment. Cannot access SMS text to receive authentication /verification code when issues with Rogers Yahoo email. Can senior enter their residential phone number to receive authentication code. Are there other options available to senior with impairments to access , receive authentication verification codes

At Rogers, we are empathetic to situations such as this and I will be happy to work with you to try to find a solution. What kind of device does she have and how does she typically navigate it?
Is it at all possible for her to use a screen reader to have it read the text for her if she cannot read the text herself? I understand she has a hearing impairment as well but this may be an option for her:
