Hello,
I cancelled my internet pods last month and got a new modem as my other one was old.
Well now today I got my bill more then it should be due to the tech to my old modem and the person never sent me the shipping labels to send my internet pods back, and now they finally sent me the labels today and by what the guy I talked to today told me I still have to pay for the ole modem the tech took with him last month and the 2 internet pods I still have as I just got the shipping labels today, which I think is wrong. I shouldnt have to pay for other peoples mistakes and for me not having the old modem to send back because the tech took it with im when he left my house last month. Now Im waiting for the manager to call me back which was suppose to have been at 3:30pm est and its now almost 5pm and Im still waiting. god Im ready to switch companies already and Rogers you will be lossing out on money.

Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums, and thank you for sharing your most recent experience with getting your equipment returned. We do appreciate your loyalty and can certainly understand your frustration with receiving a bill for some of the equipment that you weren’t advised to return.
Please note that once you have sent the equipment back and it is received and processed by our warehouse team, a credit will be issued back on your account. The credits can take up to two billing cycles to appear back on your bill.
