Do you have a suretap compatible wireless device and suretap SIM card already?

If I understand correctly, you are currently at the first step of the registration process and you are attempting to enter your 10-digit wireless telephone number and you are already getting an error message?
Just to make sure you got all of the requirements for this to be entirely functional, here is a recap of what you need :

I was aware of an issue causing users to not be able to enter their PIN. However, it is the first time that I hear of someone not going through the mobile number step. I know that for a lot of them, deleting the app and reinstalling it made the registration process easier.

had to force stop it twice...now its going on the your almost done page....also was told i had to using my cell data instead of wifi....i have a 500mb limit and hope i don't use most of it up just to get this working.
