just switched from ChatR to Rogers and awaiting SIM Card
Hello there all,
i was supposed to receive an email with a tracking number from UPS about when my SIM card would be coming but no email or nothing from Rogers yet. Suggestions? i’m on hold with Rogers but the wait time is atrocious. Any suggestions?
Waiting on hold is certainly not the welcome to Rogers we'd have envisioned for you, but we are certainly glad to hear you've made the switch. If you're still waiting on hold there are alternative methods of getting in touch with support.
