No matter which computer I use or browser, or even my phone app, I can not access links on the rogers website, they error out on me. I am unable to make any changes to my account and this is frustrating to me as wait times are long on the phones and in chats. Either it errors out o the links are just plain dead. I've cleared my cache numerous times to no avail. I had the validation layer added to my account and suspect this has something to do with this but the validation team tells me no. I cant check my plan, I can't add a line, I can't do anything with my account online and I am beyond frustrated. Help. "Encountered an error try again in five minutes" and this is ongoing for weeks...

@Lostwolf : Have you tried Incognito or Private Mode on a browser like Chrome or Firefox? This usually bypasses most cookie and cache issues. There are other things like extensions, adblockers, VPNs, etc. listed in the tips link below that can cause issues. One or more of these items in the tips usually resolves these issues as confirmed by hundreds of similar previous posts.

2 years for me, same thing. You'd think a useable portal would be essential.
