Hi, its been more than 20 days, likewize has rejected my request and not responding to my escalations. they have even stopped responding to my calls and emails. please help.

May I know what happened to your device? Does it require repair or was it lost? Did Likewize let you know why the claim was rejected? What form of communication are you using to escalate with Likewize?

 

Just need a little bit more info. to assist you further.

Hi, I have lost my phone. Likewize is not letting me know the reasons for the rejection of my service request. I am escalating the matter to likewize via email.

Hi.
I have submitted my service request on 31st of dec and i pay for my replacement phone on 18th january amd now 27th and still i didn’t get any update yet, whenever i call they just said wait for 2 business days and it should be shipped between 2 to 5 days and it has been more than 7 days. Do you guys want to give my phone or not?????? How many more days do i have to wait????????????
