My upfront edge contract is expiring on Dec 3rd and I am going to do an upgrade to a new device and return the old device that was on upfront edge financing. the confirmation page is showing the new device has a 4+ week shipping delay and the terms and conditions of the return of the old device say I need to return it within 15 days. Is the 15 day timeline based on the moment I agree to upgrading or 15 days from when I receive my new device?
