Unable to setup a voicemail.

I've been around

I've moved from Fido to Rogers recently. I've been trying to setup a voicemail but I can't it asks me to enter my ozone number and when I do so it says your number is not recognized. It doesn't ask for any passcode or anything else.
What do i need to do?
