I have recently ported my phn plans from freedom mobile to rogers and I regret moving to rogers . I have spent 3 hours at the rogers stores to activate the apple watch cellular plan and activate wifi calling, but no luck . The store asked me call technical support and that was terrible experience I have called them 3 times and each time the call was disconnected as they could not fix the issue. For the courtesy sake they could have called back but no. Now I am stuck with rogers and plan to go back to freedom mobile. Terrible service team rogers.

Sorry to hear about your challenging experience with activating the Apple Watch. Did the store rep tell you what issues were they running into while trying to activate the watch? Were you getting any error messages?
I sincerely hope this issue was resolved since you last posted here but please let us know if you still require any assistance.

I have Apple Watch Series 10 bought from Apple Store. I used it under Telus network and worked well. But after I moved to Rogers network, it didn't work. It always lost connection when I use Apple Watch without iPhone nearby and no WiFi connection.
I called technical support a few time, nobody could solve my problem. What should I do?
