Hi,
I'm planning to go on vacation and wanted to confirm the monthly suspension fee for my account. Unfortunately, I've received conflicting information after calling in four separate times. Two representatives told me it's $30 CAD per month, while the other two said it's $7 CAD.
In total, I've spent over 4 hours on the phone trying to get a clear and consistent response, but no one has been able to give me a definitive answer.
Additionally, I’d like to know if suspending my account would affect any of the current promotions I'm receiving—specifically, the $10 auto-pay discount and the $38 device discount. Will those be removed during the suspension period?
I’d really appreciate a clear and accurate response.

The wireless temporary suspension is $30 per month plus applicable device financing payments. Your promotion will continue through the suspension period.
