Support - Why will no one answer?!

The office of the president promised to do something, in March they didn’t.  I have followed up many times.  
Today I have requested they put in a ticket to have the office of the president contact me. It has been over two hours and support has passed me on to multiple specialists who cannot do this. They have confirmed in my record that the office of the president was to do something and did not (proving I am not lying).  

The last person they sent me to has ignored me for the last 25 minutes, and they are supposed to be a supervisor. 

Can anyone help me get in touch with the office of the president?!
