I transferred both lines from Fido to Rogers because one of the Roger’s representative said the monthly fee will be less $10, like $75 Milford both lines phone bill fee, so I agreed to transfer. The problem is she told me very end that there’s setting up fee for $75, she told me the first bill will be around $150, then one of the line will get discount for $7.5for 10months, which means set up fee is free after 10months. However, I received my first bill and it’s around $239???? That’s ridiculous. It is very different before I transferred; if I knew the bill is gonna be like this, and I’m 100%sure she DID NOT TELL me I need to pay both lines for setting up!!!! I won’t transfer to Rogers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The set up fee is charged per line. I am glad to know the discussed promotions are already applied to the account.
Since Rogers bills one month in advance, there may be partial charges on your first bill for the time between the start date of services (your service activation date) and the billing date. As a result, there will be charges for two different date ranges: one from the service activation date to the billing date, and another one for your next full billing cycle.
