I've Been Here Awhile
A Rogers customer for over 30 years. Pay over $400/month in services and looking for savings. Best price cut then can find after a 55 minute wait to talk to an agent is $9/mth. And the she tried to upsell me!! Customer retention queue was supposed to be 15 minutes. Did the call back option and it took 45 minutes and then they had the nerve to tell me to wait for an agent. Can’t post on their Facebook etc. Rogers has effectively distanced itself from its customers being able to have any presence and CRTC allows them to do this. Bell is no better. Anybody have any suggestions as to how to actually work with somebody who will try to out together a service offering that makes sense?

Greetings @suedawn,

Welcome to the Community and congrats on your first post! 🙂

Long wait times are definitely not ideal and we understand that your time is very important. Our intention is to get to our customers as soon as we can and provide the best possible service.

If you are able, please send us a Private Message @CommunityHelps and we'll be happy to review your account services to see if we can find you a workable solution!

Kind regards,
RogersYasmine

please provide information as to how to private message @CommunityHelps

Re: Service

@suedawn, when you're logged into the forum, follow this link to the @CommunityHelps page.  On that page will be a link to Send a Message.  Follow that link to the message composition page.  The address will fill in automatically.  Fill in the subject and details and when the message is complete, hit Send Message at the bottom.

When you're logged into the forum, look for a number overlaying the envelope symbol at the upper right hand corner.  That will indicate that there's an inbound message for you.  Follow that envelope symbol as it serves as a link to the message inbox and outbox.  From the response in the inbox you can then message back and forth as required.

To send anyone else on the forum a message, hover your mouse over their user name and a popup will appear with a link to send a Private Message.  Follow that Private Message link to the message composition page and as before the message addressee will fill in automatically.  Fill in the subject and details and hit Send Message when you're ready to send the message.
