Rogers has horrible customer service

I've Been Here Awhile

Hello, I recently switched my internet and cable account to ignite from infinite. I also have a cell phone account and It has been 4 weeks ans 6 hours over the phone to merge the all the accounts. How are they committing to excellent customer service?

I need to merge my cellphone, cable and internet account in one acct. it seems pretty simple but no one has helped. I have called 4 times and have the ticket number. It’s exhausting.

Also need to receive a credit. But did not.
