Going Above and Beyond
I just wanted to acknowledge and thank the Corner Brook, NL local office for rescuing / supporting me in getting a replacement phone, while I was vacationing in Newfoundland earlier this summer.
While enjoying a motorcycle / camping tour through the east coast this year (2019), my iPhone malfunctioned and stopped charging. Being from out of province, with no friends, family, or fixed address can be a very disconnecting experience when your phone stops working. With the help of the Rogers Corner Broke, NL location, I was able to complete the numerous calls required to have a replacement phone, through my device protection plan, delivered to their location and be on my way in just a couple of days.

Sunridge mall Rogers store in Calgary
Just want to say I had the best experience renewing my contract and upgrading my phone at the Rogers store in Sunridge mall Calgary. The sales associate who assisted me is Fia and she was the best rep I have ever encountered. Knowledgable, friendly, and actually seeking opportunities to genuinely help me find the best solution for MY needs. This last part is not always the case. I walked away with a new 2 year contract and phone and some extra goodies feeling really good. She helped me out and went above what was necessary, but because of this I have shared my experience with others and am more committed to sticking with this provider.
My gf and I had just come from a bell store a few meters away and that experience was bad. The sales people not knowing anything, not taking the initiative to be helpful, doing the bare minimum to try and sell the most and then backtracking on offers a lot, blaming whatever their corporate computer screen shows them, showing how little power they actually have to take care of your needs as a customer. My gf walked out with a new phone and contract feeling lied to and taken advantage of. We walked into the Rogers store and had a wonderful time, felt like spending time with friends. She walked out wishing she was with Rogers instead of Bell. Truly, how often do people talk positively about a mobile store experience? This specific Rogers store and people like Fia should be the model for how to conduct business with the public. Customer experience focused... because the customer services the company. Honestly, this isn't always the reputation Rogers is known for so I wanted to make sure this store gets some credit.
Thanks Fia, I hope you get the recognition you deserve for your role.

Rogers store Warning Oshawa Centre
Went into the store yesterday to replace a dead s9+.
I specifically asked if the S20 had a headphone jack. I absolutely needed it and it was a deal breaker. The employee assured me it did.
I get home and find she lied to me. She purposely lied in order to sell me a more expensive phone and close a sale.
That is unacceptable and abhorrent behavior and I urge anyone to think twice before visiting this location

@RogersHelps I went to a Rogers store located at Rideau Center in Ottawa, ON. I got the worst customer service ever. The rep was rude and gave me no options for renewing contract with you. I want to upgrade my phone and renewing my plan. Is this how Rogers treats the loyal clients? Check Google reviews. Is the person racist?
