Got a call from rogers
Recieved a call from rogers offering me a $50 plan for 10gb because i cancelled my services with rogers
The winback dept called to offer me tagt plan so i said yes of course .. he put me on hold and never returned
I waited for 15mins and then i hung up thinking that they will call back but it never happened
I would appreicate a call back

That is a really awesome offer I don't blame you for jumping at the opportunity to sign up for it. It is very strange that you were left on hold for so long without so much as a callback. =(

Missed a call from Ambassador team and now have called multiple times and left voice mails with no one has called me back. Also talked to a few agents and they made notes for a call back but still no one has responded which has been over a week since original call. My cancellation is coming up so I'll end up going with the new service if I can't get a resolution on my current services.

Do you happen to know if they left a detailed note on your account outlining the offer that they provided? Would you be able to send us a Private Message @CommunityHelps so we can investigate this further for you?

I had asked for a termination of home internet plan and recd an email from the ambassador team asking me to call back at 1-866-600-9112.
Each time i call them i am directed to leave a voice mail - at this point I've probably left about 4 voice mails without any call back whatsoever.
I am scheduled to terminate my internet plan in next 5 days and need to communicate to Bell if I would be taking their services.
Please support by enabling a connection to the ambassador/winback team.

Are you aware if they left a note on your account detailing the offer that they provided when they initially got in touch you via email? You can also send us a Private Message @CommunityHelps so we can take a closer look for you.
