Return and save

I have not received any return kit whatsoever. I was told I was going to be sent a shipping label but never received one. Now my return and save terms have ended and I'm being charged. Anytime I take my old phone to a store they won't take it! What do I do?

I avoid these programs at all cost.  To me. paying more for the phone and keeping it, seems to be the safest, yeah it costs a bit more, but the phone is yours, you do not have to deal with the red tape of returning it and all the complications with shipping and delays.  plus you can sell it privately if you wish,  or you can give it to a family member who has a broken device
