I have upgraded my 2 device from rogers store and received my 2 new devices, but not received returned kit.
When should I expect my return kit?

Hi there,
Return kit can take few days to arrive as they are not sent with the same priority mailing (doesn't need a signature).
Normaly, it can take 2-5 open days.
You can visit any Rogers store to ask them if a return kit has been sent, they can see the "orders" in a special part of your account dashboard through their interface.

I hope you're enjoying the new phones. Quick question, if you did the hardware upgrades at the store, is there a reason why you did not return the devices at the same time?
Typically when you’re upgrading to a new device at one of our retail stores, you can return the old device at the store.
