However, to do so, we'll need more information from you. Please see below:

 

  • Are you referring to a cellphone line that has been cancelled?
  • Is your cellphone blocked due to its IMEI being added to the National Blacklist?
  • Could it be that your wireless service is currently suspended for non-payment?

The answer is different based on the situation.

I hope you had a good long weekend. May I know if your wireless line is a prepaid line or a postpaid line? Can you confirm how long have you not used the line for? Could it be possible that the line was disconnected due to a non payment status?

 

I just need a little bit more info to best answer your question :).
