Paying Bill Early with Autopay

Quick easy question. I have autopay on my account. I would like to pay full amount of my bill early. The same day it comes out.

If I make a manual CC payment will autopay be skipped for that month?

Or will it charge me again ?

I want to do this every single month.

Some people have different financial situations.

One person I know had to leave the country for a few months, he made one lump payment, to cover the months he was gone, and added a little extra just in case of overages /extra charges.  He did not have autopay, but even if you did have autopay, the bill will first money from any credit you have on your account, if the credit is insufficient, then it will take the rest from your pre-authorized payment method.
