I placed an order yesterday for a mobile phone as a new activation, I recieved the email right away saying they received my order and then this evening i received an email with the tracking number and information but about an hour ago I went to sign in on my rogers profile and the order is showing as canceled? Why is this? Help!?

Unfortunately, we won't be able to confirm the reason why your order would have been cancelled without first reviewing your account details.
