I have recently switched to the Ignite internet, TV and home phone from the old Legacy cable box and modem etc. It has been more than 1 week and I still have not received the Return Authorization Email for the old rental equipment return. The Rogers rep from the Online Chat provided me with a Purolator waybill for the equipment return with a shipping address to: CTDI - Cable Returns; 1595 NORTH SERVICE RD E; Door 4; OAKVILLE, ON; L6H 7T. Can you please verify that Purolator is the correct courier and the shipping address is correct for rental equipment return when per the instruction on the website for Rogers Return it should be mailed in by Canada Post?

Congrats on your first post on the community! We hope you're enjoying your new Ignite services! Thanks for the inquiry. We do in fact utilize Canada Post and Purolator to process equipment returns. You can simply use the return waybill we have provided you with and send your equipment back to us. I would also suggest retaining the return waybill number for your own records as well.

Best of luck to you. Took me over a month to get details to ship things back.they first sent me to Canada post which wouldn’t accept. Then send me to UPS.
I would watch your bill as they will charge you for their delays to get you the information. Also then to get them to reverse charges (incorrect charges) will take hours with support to get reversed.
