Good day @User14,
Thanks for reaching out! We definitely want to help shed some light on the Better Bundle discount expiring. Rogers stopped offering the Better Choice Bundles discount program in 2013. Participation in the program has been steadily declining as customers are moving to current plans that offer them greater value and choices that meet their evolving needs. As we are constantly reviewing our plans and offers, we decided to phase out the program completely for all customers that still have it
The BCB discount end date for all services (wireless and residential) currently receiving the discount, is determined by the amount of time left on the wireless term. If you have more than one wireless user on your account, the wireless contract with the furthest end date will determine when the discount will expire.
