Making sure you take care of any outstanding accounts or debt is a great idea.
You mentioned that your account was sent to collections but that it is now back with Rogers. What type of account was it? Is it cancelled? Normally, when an account is assigned to a collection agency, the debt needs to be settled with them directly.
Although we'd love to assist with your letter of settlement request, this might be something you should bring to the attention of our Credits Operations team at 1-800-267-2070.
Their hours of operations are:
- Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. (ET) – midnight (ET)
- Saturday: 7:30 a.m. (ET) – 9:00 p.m. (ET)
- Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (ET)
