Hi all,
Several months ago, I submitted a legal name change for my account and everything was updated properly. But recently, after getting a new phone and 5G internet at a Rogers store, I noticed that my name has reverted back to the old one without warning. The name on my receipts that I got in emails also show my correct legal name, so it had to have happened some time after this.
I’ve resubmitted the name change request again through the online self serve form and reached out to support through voice your concern as I haven't had time to call due to work, but I’m feeling anxious and unsure what to expect. Has anyone else experienced this? How long did it take to get resolved, and did you need to submit additional documents?
