Missing AirPods (Gen 2) from iPhone 16 Pro Max Plan Order

Dear Rogers Customer Support,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding my recent plan application with Rogers. I applied for a plan that included the iPhone 16 Pro Max along with AirPods (2nd Generation) as part of the offer. While I have already received the iPhone, the AirPods were not included in the delivery.

Kindly check the status of the missing AirPods and let me know when I can expect to receive them. I was very much looking forward to the complete bundle as advertised and would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.

Please let me know if you need any additional information such as my account number, order details, or tracking number.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
