Has anyone else experienced issues with insurance when try to replace a lost phone?? My phone was stolen and when I contacted insurance, filed my claim, and entered my information I received a reply stating I was trying to fraud the company and my claim was denied. When I followed up I was told I entered the wrong date of my lost phone. So when I attempted to correct the date I was told I wasn’t allowed. So I paid for insurance all this time to be called a liar.
I’m curious, has anyone else had issues with insurance since Rogers outsourced the program??
