Hello, I bought MyRogers phone number in August 24, 2023. At the time of buying this, I have been told that I can make international calls unlimited basis. The offer that I choose in my account still shows that it has the long-distance call for unlimited (1000 minutes) use. I used mostly one hour in total to that particular number. While this month I was charged $460 due to making an call to one specific number to Siingapore. What should I do now?

Good afternoon @Sakib019,
Welcome to the Community!
You've come to the right place! Based on the info you've shared, I think you're referring to the 1000 International Long Distance Minutes feature. This feature is only available with select plans to call select destinations. You can use the 1000 minutes to call from Canada to India, China + Hong Kong (excluding Macau and Taiwan), the United Kingdom, Mexico, and Bangladesh.
Singapore is unfortunately not part of the select destinations. This information is included in the account changes email when the feature is added to a line.
I hope this helps!

I recieved a message saying I have a 1000 minute long distance free call
How is this gonna work?
Hi @NBP,
Welcome to the Community!
Do you know if it's a 1000 US minutes or International minutes? Depending on the add-on I can provide you with more info.
For instance if it is a 1000 International minutes, it would allow you to call select destinations. You will have access to 1000 minutes each month to make the calls.
Just need a bit more info to answer your question.

I received a text message from Rogers that I can now enjoy 1000 min long distance international calls/month to France, Syria, Cameroon, Morocco, Haiti and Algeria for 24 months. But when I call to add it to my account, the operator said only China, Hongkong, India, excluding Taiwan and Macao, I want to call France, she said it's not included, only U.K.
Why is it different? I am in Quebec, is that countries are different depending on your province? my question is : Is France included in those countries or not? if not why it said in the text i received? it's false publicity then ?

Good morning @Albacor,
Welcome to the Rogers Community! I understand your desire to ensure you are covered for the long distance usage you'll be making.
We do have a promotional 1000 International long-distance minutes offer that includes India, China + Hong Kong (excluding Macau and Taiwan), the United Kingdom, Mexico, and Bangladesh, available for specific price plans only.
However, depending on your type of account and when it was offered, it's possible that you benefited from a different bonus add-on that included more countries. We'd be happy to verify your account to validate.
